The teens at Monster High are for sure an outgoing bunch, but a Halloween legend has kept every of them cowering inside and hiding from the Normies for as many Halloween nights as they are able to take into account that. When Frankie stumbles across a hidden Hall of Halloween deep in the school catacombs, she discovers that Halloween used to be once a holiday in which the Normies gave thanks to the monsters, and her excitement causes her to inadvertently start a monster revolution to take back Halloween. Cleo attempts to step up and lead the monsters in these tough times, mostly to be able to please her father Ramses, but things go terribly mistaken when the monsters crash a Normie Halloween party and Holt finally ends up getting framed for tagging the Normies’ school. After all, it’s up to Frankie to make one last desperate attempt to clear Holt’s name and prove that the Normies and monsters are more alike than they’re different–no small feat for the new girl in school.
